Book 30 minutes. Leave with a plan that gets you funded, hired, or unstuck.
I'm Morgan Hewett — a founder who built and sold an AI startup by 30, raised $6M in venture funding, and now helps other founders make better decisions faster. I've been where you are, and I know what it takes to break through.
What you can expect from me
Here’s my promise: I will give you my full attention during the 30 minutes we spend together. Bring me your pitch deck and I’ll go through every slide with you, tell you exactly how to improve it, and even connect you with my designer to polish it up. If you’re at a crossroads, whether raising, selling, or just figuring out your next move, I’ll share what worked for me, help you build a plan, and point you to people who can support you.
I’m proudly not a “professional coach”
I’m a real entrepreneur who is building even more AI companies and working in venture capital. The best advice I ever got came from people who had actually done the thing, not from people who only post about it online. In my own journey, 95% of the coaches I tried weren’t helpful, but one, Sarah Moody, truly changed my life. If you need something I can’t give you, I’ll happily refer you to her.
This part makes me feel icky
When you click to book, you’ll see a paywall. I don’t love charging for my time, it feels uncomfortable. That’s why I give free advice through social media. My free time feels non-existent these days, and I only get to speak with about 1 out of every 10 founders who reach out for free. Having to pick who gets my time feels like playing God, which also feels icky. Charging creates a fairer system, and it also changes the quality of the conversation. When you invest, you come prepared, and when you’ve invested in me, I show up fully for you. That’s when breakthroughs happen.
How booking works
When you book, you’ll answer a few questions about what you’re going through. If I’m not the right person to help, I won’t waste your time or money, I’ll point you in a better direction. My rates fluctuate based on the supply of my time, so that I stay bought in (literally) to every conversation I have.
Invitation
If you’re ready, let’s talk.
